The Cordeliers Research Centre (CRC) is a research center of excellence, which develops fundamental, translational and clinical research in the field of biology and health. This is reflected in the quality of their studies, research conducted internally or in collaboration with university hospital institutes. The reputation of the CRC makes it an important partner of the Epilogue, on the search for data on the Covid-19.
In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, CRC assessed the impact of this health crisis on two populations: China and France. In an era marked by digital technology, social networks represent platforms where "everything happens" and where information and experiences reach everyone at great speed. It goes without saying that in order to understand what people are experiencing, it is possible to see it on social networks.
Kap Code then brought its expertise to the Centre de recherche des Cordeliers in this study with an analysis of messages on the French network Twitter for a comparison with the Chinese network Weibo, around the first containment.
